Organised by Leeds Against the Cuts
9th April, 11:00 – 17:00
Leeds Metropolitan University, Broadcasting Place, Woodhouse Lane [map]
This event, organised by Leeds Against the Cuts, is intended to bring together the various groups in involved in the anti-cuts movement in Leeds, and to address the question of how we can build our movement following the March 26th demonstration.
At the end of the day, it is intended to agree a statement as a basis for the ongoing work of Leeds Against the Cuts. A draft statement is now available (pdf), and short, focused amendments to the body of the text will be accepted up until the end of the first plenary.
